Three Friends — Al Clymer Original 23⅞″ × 16⅝″ FRAMED
Three Friends is an original painting by Al Clymer. Three riders move together across open country, shown from behind—Clymer’s quiet way of honoring Native traditions without spectacle. The pared-back palette and sure, architectural line keep the eye on posture, direction, and the ground they share.

About the Artist: Al Clymer
Denison-born and a former bird colonel in the U.S. Army, Al Clymer has painted full time since 1967. His work draws on his Native American heritage and stories from his grandfather about the Trail of Tears. He often paints figures from behind as a deliberate gesture of respect for tribal traditions.
